Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You send us your content and we do the rest – setup, technology and publishing.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo (if you have one), a few photos and bullet points about your services. We help you with the text.
How quickly does it happen?
You see your draft within 48 hours of us receiving all your content. Once you approve it, the site goes live.
Can my website be bilingual, in German and English?
Yes, and it’s included in the price. We translate your texts, so your website speaks to German and international customers alike.
Will I get my own web address?
Yes. Your website gets a free address like salon-lena.cyzex.net, and if you already have a domain, we connect it at no extra cost. Would you like a new one? You register it in your own name at a registrar of your choice and pay its yearly fee there. We guide you step by step, free of charge, and connect it to your website. The domain stays yours.
Can I have changes made later?
Yes. Small changes like opening hours, prices, texts, photos or holiday notices are included and usually done within 2 working days. For larger changes, such as a new section or a redesign, we tell you the price beforehand.
How long is the contract?
The first 90 days are free and end by themselves – no credit card and no automatic renewal. If you continue after that, the contract runs month by month: you can cancel any time by email, effective at the end of the month.
What happens after the trial?
Before it ends, we ask whether you’d like to continue. If you say yes, it continues for €29 per month. If you say no or don’t answer, your website goes offline 14 days after the trial ends. Your texts and photos stay yours.
Is there an online shop or a blog?
No, deliberately not. Your website should bring customers to you quickly – by phone, WhatsApp or email.
What about the legal notice and privacy policy?
Both pages are part of your website, and we add them. You provide the details – we tell you which ones are needed.
